Hi Everyone

I am currently using my registered DVBViewer software with a Hauppauge HVR-1300 PCI card and it works fine for me however i am looking to upgrade my PC to an Intel i7 base system and for technical reasons I am going to have to get a new TV card of the PCI-Express variety.

I am currently looking at the Compro VideoMate E800F or E850F and would be grateful if anyone could report back as to if these cards work ok with DVBViewer.

Any general commants on the Compro TV cards would be appreciated as I do not know much about the brand and usually go with hauppauge products but they are more expensive than the Compro cards here in the UK.

Thanks

It seems as if there are BDA driver for this card. So the DVB-T part should work with DVBViewer.

But the analog TV, FM radio and the hardware MPEG-2 processor will not work in DVBViewer.

I can only comment on the compro s350 satellite cards but the quality/drivers have been excellent for the price.works with DVBViewer, windows 7 and win 7 media centre without any problems.never actually used the software that came with the card though so I can't comment on that.
