I have been trying to email is company? 3times now coz i don´t remeber my password to memberarea.

And yes... whit NO ANSWER at all.

I did buy a licens feb. this year.

 

 

It´s sad because when i did use this program i really like it.

How do i do to get it?

I have already needed this service, and i got a mail the same day!

I know your thinking, and hackbert the same: Shut the --------------- up. But the company seems to ignore me?

Did buy a Licens of DVBViewer Mars this year. After a month i reinstalled windows and forgot to save my login, stupid ,me. So i begin to send emails to Hackerd from lost&found and he´s own email. Form Broadband-locals email,hotmails,yahoo-account. Whit no reply

 

Last week i decide to buy a new licens. 15Euro is nothing. But this time i didn´t get any codes at all. I begin to email him again... Again from yahoo/hotmail whit ofcorse: No answer. But all these mail is my name like: name.lastname@******.com so i wonder, why has he blocket me? What have i done?

 

If this not helping i going to look at the police-policy about internet-fraud. 15Euro is not mutch... but i want my licens. The licens i pay money for to get.

At last a mail WHY he ignore me.

Please check your Spam Folder before nagging and keep in mind you can only get your lost license back if you give at least a minimum of information about you - especially if you did not remember your email used for licensing at the first time.

 

And it would help a lot if you would use our Lost Account-Information feature and if this does not help send a REGULAR email with your pre- and surname to ME. Somehow its quite annoying if people seem to loose their attitude caused by their own incompetence

3Times to your Regualar email from all my email-addresses. Whit all things you need. But again NO replay.
