Resume playback window

I have a small issue with DVBV when resuming playback of a video file (any kind).

If I double click on the file in windows, or more to the point if I select it from my front end (meedios), DVBV will correctly start but when the "resume playbak" window appears it has no focus, therefore the remote control (MCE) does not work. Only way is to use the mouse and click Yes or No.

DVBV is set to work full screen but the window will go full screen only after I select Yes or No.

After clicking everything carries on fine.

Is there any way around this or at least to disable the window and default to either start of the file or latest position (it does not rellay matter since I can then navigate with the remote control)?
