VLC Streaming server wont start

Hi everybody. Ok, here is what I need help with.

I'm trying to stream over internet with Recording Service.

I've gotten so far that I can stream "Direct", but that is of course not an option, cause no one has that much bandwidth.

So, when I'm trying to stream with transcoding it says it can't open http://myserver:3335.

So the first thing I checked was if VLC was running on server. It wasn't. No matter what settings I use it won't start the vlc-stream.

I have of course installed the 0.8.6i version.

I have my OS(Win 7) running on F:, don't ask why. But that shouldn't make any difference. Just to make sure, I installed VLC on my C: disk(Runs xp) and still nothing.

It just doesnt start, I tried starting the stream locally on the server but still nothing happens.

Everything is running fine from DVBViewer, watching tv is perfect.

I'm at my wits end so I need some new input as to why this happens.

I'm running the betaversion of DVBViewer and the latest Recording Service(1.5.0.31)
