Technotrend connect-s2 3600 USB

Hello,

 

im experiencing a problem with the Technotrend connect-s2 3600 USB hardware concerning switching between different LNBs via DiseqC. Sometimes it is working but mostly switching from one channel to another requireing a different LNB results in "no signal". Switching back to the previous channel returns the normal signal again.

Is this a known problem, do I have to install some additional software (I am using the DVBViewer pro), change some settings, or is the connect-s2 3600 simply not functioning properly?

Try to reconnect all your cables. Try to replace all the parts tha you have spare e.g. cable, switch, connectors. Or just program DVBViewer to send DiseqC commands twice. Open Channel editor, in diseqC choose extended assign number to each LNB, perss edit.
