tjn Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 Hi I need a USB DVB-T tuner to receive mpeg4 and HD here in Denmark. Have been looking at the Terratec T5. Can DVBViewer use this dual tuner? Quote
Devastation Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 At least there are BDA driver available. TerraTec T5 - BDA Driver SetupBDA Driver for Windows XP (SP 2 & 3) / Windows Vista (SP 1 & 2) / Windows 7Version: 3.12.00.00a | Filesize: 1.18 MB Thats a good precondition. Quote
Griga Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 The DVB-T hardware resp. tuner/demodulator and even driver doesn't care about MPEG2 or H.264 or SD or HD or whatever. That's a software thing. However, if a device is specified as being capable of HD the enclosed software usually installs a H.264 decoder. Others don't, and in this case you'll have to get it from somewhere else. Quote
