abisha Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Hi all I'm in New Zealand, got the PCTV nanostick DVB-T and I'm using the latest version DVBViewer (Windows 7 Ultimate RC 64-bit)..Pinnacle TV Center Pro doesn't work with Windows 64-bit. I'm picking up all the channels but unable to decode the AAC codec Getting audio from channel TV3-AC3 but of course, all the other channels only broadcast in LATM-HE-AAC..it's driving me a bit batty I've tried regsvr32 with mmaacd.ax but I'm getting the following error: " The module c:\windows\system32\mmaacd.ax failed to load. Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check it for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files. The specified module could not be found. " I've definitely copied the file into the System 32 folder so again, dunno what's happening there. I think this might be a 64-bit issue but don't really have any idea. Can anyone help?? I've installed a trial version of Cyberlink PowerDVD9 so now the AAC is being recognised by DVBViewer but there's still no audio from the LATM-HE-AAC channels. Under DirectX options in Settings, I've selected Cyberlink PowerDVD9 as the AAC decoder..not sure if this right but it hasn't helped anyway. Having to resort to using Windows Media Center where the video is nowhere near as good as DVBViewer. I've been working on it for a couple days now checking lots of forums etc, with no success! Please please please can anyone help me?? Cheers 1 Quote

Tjod Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 The libfaad2 Wrapper Filter is in Customer Area Customer > Plugins now. Quote
Griga Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 You must read more carefully, particularly the Readme of the libfaad2 wrapper, otherwise you won't make it work. Quote
