albas Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 (edited) This might not be a bug, but I am posting it here since I have not seen any solution to this anywhere. If I schedule recordings and log in via remote desktop from another location (and same problem even if I disconnect the session)it creates and error when DVBViewer tries to start the recording. The program starts, but I an error saying "no hardware available". If I log back in via my normal desktop and restart DVBViewer everything works fine. Any scheduled recordings without interuption from remote desktop also works fine. Is there a workaround for this?`Here is another user with the same problem http://www.DVBViewer.info/forum/index.php?...=remote+desktop Edit: I am running DVBViewer Pro, version 3.9.2.0 Edited November 10, 2009 by albas Quote
albas Posted January 8, 2010 Author Posted January 8, 2010 Still no solution to this, can anyone help? Quote
Lars_MQ Posted January 8, 2010 Posted January 8, 2010 Of course: don't run an outdated version. You will get no support for it. Quote
albas Posted February 6, 2010 Author Posted February 6, 2010 Just wanted to give a heads up on this in case anyone else has the same problem: Upgrading to latest version of DVBViewer solved the problem :-) (guess I have to be better at upgrading software a little more often...). And thanks for a great software, upgrading also improved picture quality quite a bit..... Quote
