Problem error message in dvb2 no hardware

Hi I am using a Technidat Skystar HD2 and remote with the DVBViewer pro v4.2.1.0

I have attached the support.zip file.

 

The problem I am having is when selecting a channel from the channel list, if it is a

DVB-S2 channel I get an error message telling me no hardware found non DVB-S2 are ok also

noticed the channel list tree if expanded keeps trying to close back to the root of the tree folders.

 

computer is quite powerful runs hd material without a problem so i am not sure what is causing the error.

 

Any help or guidance appreciated.
