Devastation Posted November 28, 2009 Posted November 28, 2009 You have installed DVBV without sufficient rights and maybe wrong typed password. Start Win7 as Administrator. Deinstall DVBViewer completely. Open the registry editor (I dont know about win7 but startbutton and type regedit in the searchfield should help). Search for entrie "CM&V" and delete them HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\CM&V\DVBViewer if there. Be carefull that you also found and delete the entry in virtual store! It is essential to find HKEY_USERS\<User SID>_Classes\VirtualStore\Machine\Software\CM&V\DVBViewer and delete all CM&V entries. If you dont find them with the regedit search funktion this must be done manually. Working on registry is dangerous! Make a backup! After this, install DVBV with Administrator-rights. Recommended is to deactivate antivir software for this. There are some posts about your problem, related to some antivir progs. Best would be that you download the setup files once more. Before this delete the old setup files and your temporary internet files. And be carefull to login with the correct data into the members area and dont use paste©! In the setup type the username and password also correct and without the use of paste©! (As for some post in german topic its recommended to avoid paste©) And dont use backups from your configuration files, make a clean new install. Quote
