Automatic transponder and channel updates

Hi, I just bought DVBViewer and works very well, but I am in the process of scanning channels, and as I have a motorised dish it takes too long. Would it be possible to do a server so when DVBViewer starts connects and downloads all new transponders and channels and erases the old ones. This way we only need to edit our favourites list. Maybe is possible do via a Plugin.

Thanks Lars, I'm using TransEdit since yesterday but still I have to download updated transponders, verify that DVBS-2 transponders have correct values (my Hauppauge 4000 needs it), and then scan and update all, and I have more than 30 satellites.

 

Shouldn't be too difficult to maintain a database linked to Kingofsat or others and put everything inside DVBViewer, it will add great value. Of coourse if you only have a dish is not necessary.
