Bug: Chinese file name

I use the Recording Service Web UI of Recordings list to delete old recordings

If I use Chinese file name

- the file cannot be delete

- the popup confirm window cannot display Chinese correctly

Could you please post a file info (the txt file with the same name as the recording) as a zip here, so I can test it?
