Viewing/Recording from External S-Video

First post here. I'm sorry if this has been previously asked & answered, but I've read & searched for hours without finding it.

 

My question is... can DVBViewer display and record from external analog devices? I have a 9' C/Ku BUD here in NA with a subscription. I have DVBV working well with my DVB-S2 & ATSC devices. I'd like to use DVBV for recording from the BUD sub as well. Currently, I'm using other software to accomplish this.

 

Is this possible?

EDIT; I forgot to include my capture device... it's a Happauge HVR2250 with both S-Vid & composite inputs.

I guess I wasn't searching for the right words/phases. At least I can quit looking for that now. Thanks!
