Extract subtitles from avc/x264 ts stream

anyone knows a tool to extract the subtitles from a avc/x264 *.ts file?

 

projectx gives me errors when opening the file.

 

think it cannot handle mpeg4

with v0.90.04.00.b32-20091031 i can extract teletext subtitle and the audio streams, no H.264, because ProjectX can't handle it

 

tested with a *.ts from "Das Erste HD" (720p)
