DVBViewer won't run

Ok, here's my problem.

I used to have DVBViewer 4.3.1.82 beta, as well as Recordingservice 1.5.0.91, on Windows 7 PC.

I recently created a new user on my Windows, and since then, I'm unable to start DVBViewer from under that username.

As you might know, when you unpack the DVBViewer beta files from a zip file, their permissions and owner change from "Administrator" to current username. So, the new account, even being administrator, did not have even "Read" permissions for replaced files. I did not want to edit all permissions manually, so I just reinstalled DVBViewer, unpacked 4.3.1.82 files over it, ran the program, and... I get

Runtime error 217 at 004AEDB9

followed with WER collecting crash information.

I suspect this happens because DVBViewer cannot read a file it needs - but I have no idea, which file. I already tried to clear DVBViewer folder in Program files and configuration folders in both Common files and current user's folder. What else should I clear?

P.S. Recordingservice works without problems, it's only DVBViewer that won't run.

P.P.S. DVBViewer still DOES run on the first username.

My system:

Mobo Acer AS5310

CPU Intel 2x1.66GHz

RAM 2GB

Graphics Intel 945GM

All latest drivers from Windows Update

Try starting the DVBViewer with Start -> programs -> DVBViewer program group -> support -> DVBViewer (Safemode). Does it work then?

Tried both safemode and debug mode. No.
