Transedit and channel scan problems

I am having a few problems with HD channels that I hope someone can help me with.

 

I noticed that there are a few HD channels missing from my channel list despite doing a scan of the relevant frequencies.

 

When I check with Transedit and Analzye or Scan the channels are listed but they don't appear in my DVB Channel List if I Update All.

 

Also, when I try to preview a known and correctly functioning channel (that works fine in DVBViewer) in Transedit I can not see a picture although I can see the relevant decoders are started in the tray.

 

I am normally using Recording Service.

 

If I need to provide further info from Transedit let me know.

TransEdit doesn't support playback of encrypted channels.

OK Thanks - I overlooked the difference between Add and Update.

 

I also hadn't noticed anything in the manual to say that Transedit can not preview encrpted channels.
