HebbeT Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 Hi, This is actually only a small problem for me, but since the last beta there is not much more to complain about. DVBViewer is working very well for me now. Normally when you watch a channel with subtitles for the first time you just select what language you want to have. And after that DVBViewer remembers your choice. This just works if it is a channel using teletext for subtitles. If it is DVB subtitles you have to tick Enable if available in the settings to have the subtitles shown automatically. But what if there is both teletext and DVB subtitles in the stream? I have such a channel, Viasat History. Whenever I tune that channel I always get Bulgarian text. And this is DVB subtitle. I always have to choose swedish teletext (Teletext 690) and this choise is not remembered of course. If I untick Enable if available in the settings, I will indeed get swedish subtitles. But then I have to manually choose language when I tune to a channel with DVB subtitles. Is there anyone having a solution to this? /HebbeT support.zip Quote
HebbeT Posted April 4, 2010 Author Posted April 4, 2010 Ok, so nobody has a tip on how to fix this. I must say DVBV should remember my language choice whether it is teletext or DVB subtitle. I think this is an unwanted behavior and therefore some kind of bugg. /HebbeT Quote
