Error in user data

Hi,

I had to re-install Windows XP Pro SP2 on my PC.

After the re-install, I installed first DVBViewer version 4.0 (which I like better than 4.2.1). The install went well, but DVBViewer is killed after a few minutes running.

I tried them to install the 4.2.1 version.

The install asked several times for my member area password, being enable apparently to remember it.

I got then a message that some components could not be downloaded. I was indeed missing Transedit and the scheduler exe, which I installed manually.

But now, when I try to configure it, I get an "user error data" and DVBViewer is killed.

I'm using a Technotrend-S2-3200-HDTV-S2 card.

The firewall is disabled, and I do have Internet access.

Any idea?

Thanks.

I found out (thanks to antraf1982 post) that the username was mangled in the registry, that solved the problem.
