Hello!

im having problems with this card www.twenga.co.uk/prices-My-Cinema-ES3-110-PTS-FM-AV-RC-ASUS-TV-tuner-card-563291-0

 

The signal from my satelite dich looks like its too weak, max 25% in DVBViewer. i tried to mesure the lnb voltage and got 10,5 volts. That shoud be 13-18v ?? Is this a problem with the tv card or coud it be something else? if i connect my dreambox to the same lnb and cable the signal strength comes up to about 85%

 

please help!
