When switching from any SD channel to Eurosport HD I get black screen, when switching first to another HD channel and then to Eurosport HD I get picture.

..could be related to the CI-module. According to the log you switched from Eurosport SD on astra 19E, 12344H to the HD version on 23E. Both services are scrambled (canaldigitaal).
