EPG freezes when changing channel.

Hey guys, just recently i have been getting very long freezes upto around 30-40 sec when changing channel Via the EPG window, i havent changed anything but its starting to annoy me, i have uninstalled and re-installed DVB several times, making sure all files were gone, and not changing a single thing apart from scanning for the channels and the same problem presists. Anyone got any clue or anything that could resolve it.
