Small but important change in features on homepage

Hi guys,

 

In the features on the homepage it says: "Real transport stream recording of complete transponders". After reading a lot of good reviews everywhere and seeing the overwhelming amount of features, I decided to buy DVBViewer. Apart from the price and reasons I just mentioned, one feature was specifically important to me:

 

Quote from the homepage:

 

"Real transport stream recording of complete transponders"

 

But after buying the product I found out this is only partially true; the assertion only applies to FTA channels plus max 1 encrypted channel! Since nearly all my channels are encrypted, that feature is of little value to me, because I expected to be able to record whole transponders. As good and feature rich the software may be, this would have been a deal breaker for me. I think it would be fair to at least mention this limitation in the features on you homepage.

 

Please tell me if I've just been a bad reader/interpreter.

Of course you can record the whole transponder. As it is. encrypted and all, it's also called a transponder dump. Nobody said anything about decryption.

Yeah, strictly speaking that's true, but you must know what I mean. Could you reply to that? I'm not requesting the feature (I guess that's useless), but just a correction on the homepage.

No offense, but I thought telling your potential users the full story isn't too much to ask for... I'd appreciate a response.
