Transedit scans dvb-s2 channels but dvbviewer doesn't recieve any

I scan channels using transedit and I add channels to DVBViewer. On DVBViewer normal channels and normal HD channels are good. But dvb-s2 channels (for example 19,2 astra anixe HD : not encrypted ) doesn't show on DVBViewer. DVBViewer shows zero signal.

I doubt its because of faulty ss hd 2 card.

 

 

 

In the mean time on transedit preview dvb-s2 channels takes signal but shows icey and broken wavey show. DVBViewer doesn't show any sign of signal and respond nothing. İts like a joke. How does transedit find dvbs2 channels and DVBViewer shows no signal.

Before sending satellite card to service any solution is appriciated .

Formatting pc and direct cable connection to tv card (cancelling diseqc ) brought back dvb-s2 channels.

Topic can be deleted. İt seems it was a diseqc problem.
