HomerDK Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 (edited) Hello. After a recording made trough the recording service, I get the No hardware available message when starting DVBViewer. I must stop the service and start it again, then it works. This "problem" also prevent my PC to go standby after a timer recording. I'm using the MCE Standby tool, to see whats happening and under "windows idle" tab, I can see that 5-10 seconds after the service recording the "One or more programs require the system" goes red again. Stopping and starting the rec service fix this temporarily, because after about 5 minutes the rec service does it again and if I try to start DVBViewer I get the No hardware message again. Any suggestions on how I can fix this? Thx Edited May 19, 2010 by HomerDK Quote
Prinz Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 (edited) After a recording made trough the recording service, I get the No hardware available message when starting DVBViewer. Could it be, that you aren't using a Unicast Device in the DVBViewer? The necessary DVBViewer settings are described in the wiki in section "Setting DVBViewer". Here is the URL auf the chapter: http://en.DVBViewer.tv/wiki/Recording_Serv...tallation_Guide Otherwise more information is necessary. Could you follow these instructions: http://www.DVBViewer.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=2210 Regards Prinz Edited May 19, 2010 by Prinz Quote
