Cinergy C PCI HD CI (cam and remote not working)

First of all im very pleased about DVBViewer ! it works very good and i think its the best DVB program i ever tried, BUT i cant get it to work with my CI module and the remote. can any one tell if there is comming an update where it will work ? or is there an addon i can install ? i tried a lot of the addons from DVBViewer site, but nothing works :-( please help me

well i dont think that DVBViewer supports my card and remote, but here are the file i hope you can help me

Of course it does. It detects it correctly. But the DVB-Card/Driver does not detect the CAM/Smartcard it seems.

that would say that my card should be working with Cam in DVBViewer ? and then i have a driver issue or a faulty card ?

well have you done a counter test with the terratec software?

counter test ?? and no ! now im scanning with terra soft to get all channels and try decode with the "original" software, and to see if i can get any info about the reader, if it can be found or not

Thanks for you quick response now i turned the CAM around in the reader and i works ....... (dont tell anyone i had this problem for about a month) again thanks, if it wasent for your help ill never found out i think
