just bought the SS2 & downloaded the latest driver

I recently bought a SkyStar 2 TV (hardware version 2.6C)

Installed it. The PC found it as a 1394 net adapter.

Tried to upgrade the driver to 2.4.8 as told in the manual

Windows could not find the driver in the CD

Downloaded the newest driver 2.4.11 from the web

But windows could not find the driver, either.

What should I do?

 

I have a windows xp home edition SP1

Gigabyte 8KNXP Motherboard

Intel 3.2 CPU

I would try right clicking My Computer and select properties. Under hardware device manager find the card and select update driver. select install from a list or specific location. Select don't search and point to the SkyNET.inf file.
