Fime starten nicht am Anfang

Hallo zusammen,

 

wenn ich mir eine Aufnahme oder einen Film anschauen will, den ich noch nicht gesehen habe. startet der Film nicht am Anfang sondern ca. bei Position 00:00:20. Ich muß mit der Rückspulen Taste -30 zurückspulen um den Film von Anfang an zu sehen. Wie kann man das umstellen, dass ich alles von Anfang an sehen kann ohne zurück zu spulen?
