DVBViewer 4.2.1 wrong signal display

Hello,

I have one Technotrend Budget C-1501 card and with DVBViewer Pro 4.2.1 the signal meter indicates 23% quality. I DVBViewer GE, transedit and other dvb program the quality is indicated corectly at 99%.

 

I there a problem in DVBViewer 4.2.1? I have downloaded also the latest beta and i have the same problem.
