How to use a CI module with DVBViewer?

Hi

 

I have DVBViewer lastest public release running on my W7 labtop, and using Cinergy XS HD USB stick.

I use it for DVB-C and it is working quite well.

I have now bought the Hauppauge CI USB module, and connected to my laptop with proper drivers installed (latest hauppauge downloaded).

I use the Irdeto CAM + chipcard from my TV in the Hauppauge CI module.

I have made a new channel scan with this configuration.

 

The Encrypted channels are still not decrypted, but i can hear the audio (also without the card connected).

 

Is there something i have missed to setup or install for this to work?

Have you selected the CI in Options > Hardware > External CI?

Yes this is enabled.

I have now tried the Beta 4.3.xx. Same result. No decryption seems to take place. I have also moved the Hauppauge module from the USB Hub, and directly to a USB port on the laptop.

 

Any new hints on this issue?
