FIX for DVBVIEWER EVR CUSTOM MODE AND FREEZE

Salut, when i use EVR Custom Mode with Arcsoft, Cyberlink, Mainconcept codecs, freeze occured on SD or HD live-tv, and i find out an fix,

 

Let's say i have Arcsoft Video Decoder, Cyberlink Video Decoder, Microsoft on my sistem, but i want to use Arcsoft because it's the best.

Use graphstudio.exe(google it), CTRL+F, search your other codecs like Cyberlink Video Decoder, Microsoft Video Decoder,Mainconcept Video Decoder,FFDSHOW Decoder, Sage Video Decoder,Dscaler etc, and lower their rank, put normal or do not use, but only on VIDEO DECODER, not AUDIO or others.

Now search for Arcsoft Video Decoder and set it to preferated.

If you use also ffdshow go to their properties and look of HD, disable HD use in ffdshow.

 

The point is you must use only ONE DECODER for MPEG2 and HD Video in DVBViewer.

For audio ffdshow is good.

 

Not freeze dissapear in Custom Mode on Win7.

 

I hear about this fix long time ago on an russian forum regarding DVBViewer, but forget about it.

have you tried to change Arcsoft Video Decoder merit??

 

try it because i cant, not for arcsoft .

You cant change Arcsoft merit? Why so? Change it with DVBViewer off.
