can i use one licence to two pc?

hi, i have one home server machine, server is 24hours running.

 

my dvb-s card is installed in server machine.

 

i want streaming video to my notebook pc.

 

how can i watch stream with vlc player from my notebook? (question1)

(i dont understand what is wrong with my configuration, can i find step by step tutorial)

 

can i use DVBViewer for client on my notebook and on my server with one DVBViewer licence? is it legal? (question2)

i learn how to streaming, just unblock ports from windows firewall :-)

for Home-Use, you can use DVBViewer on more than one PC with the same license.
