"Crash" user data error 1243

I have updated to 4.5 without antivirus and using same userid for downloading and installng setup.exe but every 2 minutes it crash showing "user data error 1243.

What can I do now ?

tvcard : Cine S2 Digital Devices

video card : ATI Radeon HD 2400PRO
