entrecour Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 (edited) I have a strange problem with the OSD timeline listing. When viewing the favorites channels in OSD timeline there are some channels missing even though these are clearly listed in the favorites channel list. If I check the OSD channels list the favorites are correctly listed including the directory structure. In timeline mode however some of the favourites channels are dropped. e.g. my favorites contains the following BBC Entertainment -- Folder A -----History Channel -----Discovery World (eng) -----Discovery Tra&Liv (eng) -----Discovery Science (eng) -----Discovery (S) -----Travel Channel But the OSD timeline list shows BBC Entertainment History Channel Discovery (S) Travel Channel I have saved the favourites and channel list in the channel editor and I have closed and restarted DVBViewer and the result is the same. I am running DVB4.5 and RS 1.6.5.2 The OSD Skin I am running is Concinnity 3D English (31 August 2010) 1920x1080. I have the same issue when using the default osd skin. The only difference I can see is that the channels that are dropped have names that are 21 characters or more, but on doing further testing I notice that this problem also seems to occur with the main channel list in osd timeline - suddently at channel [98] (which is Canal+ Series (swe)) the channel skips to channel [113] (SVT1). Any idea what's going on here? Edited October 23, 2010 by entrecour Quote
themaster1 Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 If there are no infos on the programs at all what's what happen generally channels are missing in the timeline so you should download EPG infos with Xepg and mc2xml in my opinion. Quote
entrecour Posted October 23, 2010 Author Posted October 23, 2010 Yes, I just checked the channels affected and I think that is the problem - any channel without any epg data is not displayed. It's a pity that's not an option / tweak - or maybe it is.! Quote
entrecour Posted October 23, 2010 Author Posted October 23, 2010 Ok, I couldn't find a tweak or an option to display channels without epg data. Look's like I will have to look at Xepg again. It didn't work so well for me last time I tried. @themaster1 - Thanks! You were spot on. Quote
