No Audio on iPhone

I am able to stream into the iPhone using the web interface, however, there is no audio (for live and recorded TV).

I tried editing iphoneprefs.ini but it keeps restore my changes.

My guess: The audio of the file is aac encoded and this ffmpeg version doesn't handle aac audio input.

The audio is HE-AAC v2.

How can I tell what (if any) ffmpeg supports AAC? I use the latest version.
