I'm DVBViewer customer...but can't login to new Members area

Hello there.

could you please help me to solve this strange problem?

I purchased DVBViewer and i'm a customer and can install and using DVBViewer with my credentials without any problem.

but now i can not login to New Members area.

i carefully read the Topic :"How to Get New Credentials " again and again.

i can login to old members area but can't login to new members area at DVBViewer.tv/members

 

last time i changed my email address and a validation link sent to that my new email address and i clicked on it.

but there is not any new credential still.

after about a week i'm waiting for new validation link or new credential to login to new Members area.

 

Please tell me how much time should i wait ?

I purchased DVBViewer but there is not any new credential to download DVBViewer 4.5

 

I attached my support file.

so what is this strange problem?

2 another days has passed but there is not any support.

7 days + 2 days = 9 days after I clicked on the activation link for new credential but not any new credential.

so where is DVBViewer support team?

it's strange a software that people payed them and purchase doesn't have any official support team.

if i were would recruitment you for an official member of a good support team.

 

anyway...

I sent them request for new credential activation link via that page you suggest now.

I hope Developers respect more their customers and solve the problems that is not my fault.

Maybe you are expecting a bit too much from a 15 Euro software... actually a lot of work (even development) is done by people who don't earn money with it.

I appreciate this wondoerful effort that is done by people who is related to Create,Develop,Publish,even Organize and Maintain a website for DVBViewer.

anybody from hackbart to Development team, Board inventors, also Beta tester users.

 

I really believe DVBViewer is the best i emphasize the Best DVB Application over the world.

wonder what will be happen if there is not any DVBViewer and how we could watch and enjoying our DVB hardwares without a full feature DVB Software.

 

I thought Technisat company must support DVBViewer even more.

believe that Microsoft must invite DVBViewer development group to be a part of Microsoft team. give them a lot of money and spend some of their treasure to help this wonderful developers. because of creating this great Application.

anyway...

 

15 Euro for a person whom doesn't have any official Job and has money just about 50 Euro per month and with this he must purchase some foods to eat/purchase power energy to turn on his computer/transit by bus and Taxi in an expensive town/help his family to their cost to live/home renting costs/buying a gift for his boyfriend or a girl and serve her/him/make a party with friends and purchase a lot of Ice Cream and more in this shitty country with bad economic and worse limited country all over the world.

 

by all of them there is not any more 15 Euro to purchase another license.

I don't know why u are saying about some peoples don't earn money with this payed application.

I think if this software has about 500,000 legal user, its about 7,500,000 Euro earned by this application.

I can't even imagine such money in my life & in my back account but DVBViewer Developer does.

I appreciate his/her/their effort and believe this money is his/her/their right because of lot of work.

Far over-estimated. After having paid taxes less than half of the money is left over, and of course there are expenses - hardware, software, the server has to be paid etc. Additionaly consider that the number of legal users is the sum of 9 years. Customers only pay once, since all updates and add-ons are free of charge.

 

Seems you are no businessman. Your calculation is a bit naive... no one gets rich here.
