Keine neuen Benutzerdaten möglich

Hallo,

 

leider ist es mir nicht möglich mich (zum Erhalt neuer Zugangsdaten) mit meinen alten DVBViewer-Daten in den neuen Server www.DVBViewer.tv/members einzuloggen. Das Kennwort oder der Benutzername werden nicht akzeptiert.

Die benutzten Zugangsdaten sind korrekt, denn der alte Zugang www.DVBViewer.com/members ist damit erreichbar.

 

Was kann ich tun?
