How to play DVD from folder in hard disk ?

How can I Play a dvd from a folder in hard disk ?

 

And I mean not an image (iso etc.) but the whole folder structure.

Drag & drop the folder on the DVBViewer icon or main window. Or select the VIDEO_TS.IFO file.

Can I ask if it is possible for DVBViewer to open a file like that, why it is not possible to associate or list DVBViewer in the Explorer context menu to open files?
