antdude Posted November 14, 2010 Posted November 14, 2010 (edited) Hello. I use an old, updated Windows XP Pro. SP3 with DVBViewer Pro v4.5.0.0. I use XP's Task Scheduler to automatically launch DVBViewer Pro and then to start watching live (useful if I forget ) or start recording minutes later. I noticed I get no picture/video on the screen, but with its audio (AC3 Filter) if I lock Windows session (winkey + L hotkeys). I have no problems if I don't lock my Windows session. I also noticed its recordings (.MPG) does work when I play it back when it is done. It is just I don't see anything live in DVBViewer from locked session. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you in advance. Edited November 14, 2010 by antdude Quote
Tjod Posted November 14, 2010 Posted November 14, 2010 Remove the tick by "Restart DVBViewer Without Tuning Last Channel" in DVB Task Scheduler and make sure that Options > TV + Radio > Tune last channel on start is ticked. Quote

Hi. Thank you for the quick response/reply! I do not see "Restart DVBViewer Without Tuning Last Channel" in Windows XP's Task Scheduler. http://img717.imageshack.us/img717/8305/screenshoty.gif for screen captures/shots of the task properties. Am I missing/overlooking something? DVBViewer Pro's Options' "Tune last channel on start" was already checked. Thank you in advance. Quote
antdude Posted November 14, 2010 Author Posted November 14, 2010 Try the current version: Uh, from where? I have all the updates from Windows/Microsoft Update. Quote
Tjod Posted November 14, 2010 Posted November 14, 2010 I though you are using the DVB Task Scheduler (Members Section) Quote
