DVB Viewer Problem, please answer me!

Hi to every one.

 

I have installed DVBViewer pro 4.3.1 to skystar PCI on Windows XP SP3

But when I try to scan any transponder I can't because the scan button is in disabled status!!!!

Why?

And even if I open option---> hardware I can't find my card

 

I have test other software(AltDVB) this software work OK.

so is there any proplem in DVBViewer or Skystar PCI driver?
