Favourites handling

My provider ( sky italia ) often re organize channels and in this way if a certain channel is in my favoutites list and some data has been changed ( frequency , sid , etc etc ) the favourite channel doesn't point any more to that channel.

 

My question is : if the channel name doesn't change there is a clever way that prevents the re organization of whole favourite list in such cases ?

My idea is that DVBViewer favourite list will remain in synch even in that cases.
