The recording service web interface only displays the first available channel so it's impossible to record the other one. Is there a workaround or am I doing something wrong ? Christian

Would it help maybe if enable "All Audiotracks" under WebinterfaceConfiguration/Recorder/Format Options?

chrisdvb Posted January 2, 2011 Author Posted January 2, 2011 Thanks for the tips. Here are two images explaining the problem more clearly. In the channel list editor, one can see BE HD (eng) and below, BE HD (fre). In the web interface, only BE HD (eng) appears in the list. I managed to switch fre and eng audio channels to put the french channel first in the channel list editor but the web interface does not get updated (I tried to restart the service but without success). Two questions : what should I do to update the web interface and also, the display of one audio channel only, is this a bug or a limitation ? It might be that setting "all audio channels" as stated above might help but I don't see any changes in the web interface as already explained.
Tjod Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 If you change the channel list in the DVBViewer (same PC/folder as the Recording Service) an restart the Recording Service (or the PC) it should appear in the web interface.
