dvbviewer 4.5

i had to replace a hard drive recently and reload my system. i had saved the keyfile to disk to install version 4.5,but,i does not recognize my username and password to reinstall the program. i originally purchased DVBViewer pro 4.0 and have the username and password,but,like i said it will not let me install the program. any help is greatfully appreciated
