directshow filters unregistered

When I close th DVBViewer it unregisters the directshow filters that it uses. I wish to use the SkyAVC in graphedit without DVBViewer running all the time so how can I stop DVBViewer from unregistering it?

I've tried putting the filter in a completely different location and registering but DVBViewer still manged to unregister it after closing it.

1) Close DVBViewer

2) Move the filters from DVBViewer\Filters to a different folder, don't copy them.

3) Register the filters

4) Run DVBViewer
