Hello.

Is there a way to change DVBViewer Pro's skip forward and backward keys' times (ten seconds) to like two minutes/120 seconds? Also, is there a way to use more keys for different values?

Thank you in advance. :)

Hi!

Just edit the section "Jumptime" in your setup.xml and change the values to your liking. The setup.xml is located in your config folder.

A description about what to do is also placed in tweaks.txt.

..and when you push the buttons multiple times you can do a bigger jump at once. For example: 4x leads to 120 seconds!

have a look here

Thanks. Hmm, so pushing + key four times skip 120 seconds? Hmm, I tried twice and thrice, but that only did 20 and 30 seconds total.

depends on your setting in the jumptime section, see the link!

...and - if you use a remote control - how responsive your r/c is! If it´s slow to react when you push the foward key - then it will result in two or three 10 sec. jumps instead of one 60 sec. jump! You can tweak this behavior, too - just see my link above.

Using the keyboard should give you the right result in any case!!!

I was using my old PS2 PC104 keyboard's num keypad. OK, I tried it with a recording and it did work. Cool. I didn't do it fast enough in the past then.

So there's no way to change this through program's GUI settings instead of editing the file?
