Trouble obtaining updated license info.

I am currently using DVBViewer Pro 4.2 and I have been trying to get updated license info sent out to me so I can access the members area. I first attempted to get new details back in February and had the confirmation/validation email back a few minutes later saying I will receive new details however I did not receive them. I then tried the lost and found form on the homepage and recieved a reply

your lost data was send just in time. Look at SPAM also.

A second eMail is on the way.

Remember to install the DVBViewer in VISTA as admin only.

Again I received no second email with details, checked spam folder etc.

 

Program was purchased using this email [removed]

For the third time now I am not receiving my license information, the email just never arrives and yes I have checked my spam folder. Its starting to frustrate me now

Try writing a eMail to the address on this page and use not the form.

I have checked all my mail folders and still no mail, I don't have a spam folder. I cannot understand why I get a confirmation email saying I will receive a second email with the details but I never receive the second mail.
