Does the "Open hole transponder" option works?

Hi!

It's seams that i cannot make the "Open hole transponder" option to work.

I have 2 tuners (SS2 + Cinergy PCI S2 HD) so, in theory, i would be able to view 4 channels simultaneously (Dvbserver + upnp clients using recording service).

I had it working in the past, using XP and DVBViewer 4.2.1. But since i've change my OS to Win7, it does no work....

Any tips please?

this option does not enable viewing more than one channel from the same transponder. This works automatically. (but only one scrambled channel per smartcard/ci is possible) You say it does not work. What does not work? Can you see 2 channels? 3 channels? Sometimes 4 channels? Never 4 channels? Do both cards work or does one card maybe not work? Also post support.zip

I can see 2 channels at the same time, one from each dvb card.

But, in the past i could see more the 2 channels, without the recording service redirecting to the channel first in use, when the requested channel was from the same transponder. I tough that the "open the hole transponder option" (in the hardware section) would damp the hole stream allowing viewing multiple channels from that transponder.

I'm almost certain that i had it working that way, even with encrypted channels.

Don't know about these dvblink tuners but one thing I noticed is that the second Unicast Network Device is disabled! More than one encrypted(!) channel per CI/Smartcard is definitely NOT legally possible!
