Webturtle
Viele Grüße Webturtle Quote Link to comment
Filb
Quote Link to comment
Webturtle
Viele Grüße Webturtle Quote Link to comment
mague
Quote Link to comment
Webturtle
Viele Güße Webturtle Quote Link to comment
majstang
Saw you where using Autohotkey and was searching for a way to convert strings. I cant fully understand your discussion, but you should take a look at this conversion function made by the AHK GOD himself and see if it can help you in any way http://www.autohotkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=68645&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=strput+strget&start=15 Quote Link to comment
Webturtle
Thanks a lot majstang! But I think it's not quite what I was looking for. I'm looking for a ready to use Unicode to Ansi Converter. I used Autohotkey only to load EPG-Infofiles with Unicode-Text with Notepad and save them as new Ansi-Files automatically . With many regards Webturtle Quote Link to comment

Ok, I see...well just took a shot...google translators does a terrible job sometimes Anyway, I use the function as a Unicode to Ansi converter in my scripts and it does a good job on pretty much every textfile put into the function, such as .txt, .xml and so on. Webturtle
Hello, on a simple file it may work well, but I had to translate quite a lot of files! Because of the changing to a former DVBViewer version many EPG-Infofiles had Unicode text instead of normal ANSI. Now I know, that after changing the DVBViewer version one must delete the epg.dat and load the epg data new. With many greetings Webturtle Quote Link to comment
