No Signal for Dvb-S2 channels using my Skystar USB2 HD Ci and DVBVIEWE

Sorry for my bad english;

 

I have problem tunning S2 transporders under DVBViewer, no signal detected

 

I attached to this message a number of images to calrify the problem

That's a bit strange and our hardware expert, Griga, should probably shed more light on this.

In the meantime, have you checked to see if the option "Is DVB-S2 device" is ticked in DVBViewer's Options area, under the Hardware section. This should be ticked for your device and any other S2 device. Also, the same should be checked in TransEdit if you're using it for scanning purposes -- go to Settings and check the status of "DVB-S2 device" under the hardware section. It should be ticked.

Thanks for your reply;

 

The "Is DVB-S2 device" is checked in both DVBViewer and transedit as showed in the pictures joined to the message.

 

I also use the latest driver from technisat "soft_skystar_usb2_hd_ci_v1_3_6795"
