Tray Control program sometimes stay red after recording

Fix: Tray Control program: Fixed the program blocked the shutdown, after the Recording Service was stopped while recording.

I did notice a quirk I haven't seen before. It has happened two times after upgrading to latest RS. When recording is done the tray icon stays red. When then moving mouse pointer over the icon it changes colour to orange. Could it have something to do with the fix above or possibly after recording task related?

This issue is back with RS 1.9, but for the opposite scenario. Now the systray icon didn't turned from orange to red when RS went into recording. It turned red first when moving mouse cursor over the icon.
