Change window resizing from width to height

I just upgraded to 4.8 from 4.5 (or 4.6, can't remember), and the first thing I noticed is that the window resizing now tries to keep the height constant upon media format change in contrast to before where the width was kept the same.

I prefer the width to be kept the same as I keep the window to the right on my desktop and I can therefore control the overlap easier than if the height constant (which will cause the width to change everytime the media format changes).

So, is there any way I can force the width to be kept the same regardless of the media format? Or do I have to manually resize DVBViewer every time the format changes?

It would actually be nice if we could lock it to a half of the TV frame size so that we could avoid interlace artifacts.

No, as far as I know this is not possible.

Not automatically. But you can learn a key for "Zoom 50%" and adjust the picture with one key.

One vote more to reverse this change with v4.8.0.1.

This is incredibly annoying, especially when "Autosize" option is on and aspect ratio changes from 16:9 to 4:3. When keeping the DVBViewer on top right corner of the screen the 4:3 aspect picture adjusts to the left corner of the window leaving a big gap between the right side of the screen and the right side of the DVBViewer window.

So please change this option to the way it worked before or add an option to choose which way the automatic size adjustment works. For example different options when resizing and an additional button "Best Height" for use when adjusting the window size.
